Internal and external audit assessments

Audit Assessments are performed to verify compliance to Codes, Standards and Quality Assurance Program requirements.  Either Customer, industry recognized checklist are used to document the objective evidence reviewed during the assessment.  Results are explicitly discussed with the audited organization and recommendations are provided to correct as found nonconforming conditions.

Commercial grade and capability surveys

Commercial Grade Surveys are performed to verify compliance to 10CFR Part21 requirements, EPRI NP-5652 Guidelines and Quality Assurance Program requirements.  

Capability Surveys are performed to assess the supplier capability to design and manufacture in accordance with Codes, Standards and their Quality Assurance Program.

Surveillances and expediting              

Quality professionals oversight specific supplier manufacturing processes as required by Customer Inspection & Test Plans and reported through use of Customer forms.  

Expediting professionals oversight engineering submittals and manufacturing progress, make recommendation to keep everything on track to assure equipment is shipped on time.

Quality assurance program development and assessment evaluations

Quality Assurance Programs are developed in strict accordance with applied Codes and Standards.  We assure that these programs are manageable for the Customer to use.  Programs include all required forms.  We also perform assessment evaluations of the Supplier documented Quality Assurance Programs.

Training development and classes

We develop Lead Auditor, Inspection and Expediting training programs.  After training programs are developed we provide the presentations and training.  NQTS, LLC currently has an offering of Lead Auditor training which is in compliance with 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR Part21, ASME NQA-1, NCA-3800 and NCA-4000; and DOE Order 414.1
